How to get support via Amadeus Service Hub:
Amadeus Service Hub (ASH) is your portal to all support and training for Amadeus, it is a searchable repository of information on all of our products and formats – simply utilize the search box to look for the information you need. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, you can always Contact Support using the Digital Support Flow. Check out the process again here.

How to contact Amadeus Customer Services from Amadeus Selling Platform Connect (Click here for more details.)
In Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, click in the Search solutions, learning and support field in the top right corner.
In the list of support options, select Get support.
In the How can we help? field, enter a question or keywords that best describe the help you need. For example, enter: How to issue EMD. You can also enter a cryptic entry or copy and paste an error message from Amadeus Selling Platform Connect.
A list of support options is displayed.
Five possible support options are available. (The options may vary by market.)
Articles: Find an answer to your question from a list of suggested articles.
Open a case: If you have a how-to question, or an issue that is not urgent, logging a case allows you to easily communicate with a Customer Support professional in your own time.
Chat with an agent: If Live Chat is available in your market, click on the drop-down list and select the appropriate type of chat, then click Start chat to connect to an expert. The chat queue will be automatically selected.
Ask the community: Also available to you is the Amadeus Live Travel Community, where expert travel industry peers are happy to guide you, supported by Amadeus moderators who can also lend a hand.
Call us: If your issue is complex or urgent and you prefer to speak to an agent directly, you can call the phone number provided for your region and the access PIN. Click Here for instructions on how to get the access PIN.
How to Setup Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) via Authenticator Apps:
You can use a unique one-time password (OTP) that is valid for a specific duration through any Authenticator Apps on your mobile. Amadeus recommends the following apps (use either one):
Google Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator
2FAS Authenticator
